Fiverr’s forum is the place for our members to connect, share tips, offer advice and provide support for each other. With the fast growing number of community members and discussions, the time has come for an upgrade!
The upgraded forum has moved over to a new platform and offers a smoother and more intuitive experience for all members. We’ve introduced some new features that will make it easier to navigate and participate in discussions.
What are some of changes we made?
Global Login
Now, when you log into Fiverr, you’ll also automatically be logged into the forum. No more having to connect again!
Better Mobile Experience
It will now be easier and more comfortable to read and participate in forum conversations from your mobile phones and tablets.
Live Events
Join us for video chats, webinars and other live-streaming events. With our new live chat feature, you will easily be able to join the conversation in real-time!
Built in Gig Promotion
Being active on the forum chats can also help you build your business, with our new Gig promotion feature! The updated My Fiverr Gigs section includes a built in title, image and description so that you can display your Gigs in a more attractive way.
Vote on It
We want to give your voice more weight . With the new voting feature, you’ll be able to show support for suggestions made in the “Suggestion Box”. Making it easier for the Fiverr team to review popular requests.
Get the Best Answers
In addition to being able to vote on comments, you can also vote on answers made in the “FAQ” section, so that the best answer appears at the top. Once an answer is chosen by the community, the FAQ will be closed and marked as resolved. This will make it easier for you to find the answers you are looking for faster.
Admin Discretion
To help keep the forums flowing, when a member receives a post edit request, or admin warning, this will be done privately. So only the original poster and admins can see the warnings.
