Are you having trouble registering for the Fiverr site? No need to fear, we’re here to help you troubleshoot potential technical problems that you may be experiencing.
Make Sure Your Browser is Up to Date
The first and most important thing to do if you are having issues registering is to check that your browsers are up to date. This is the most common hiccup that occurs in the registration process and can easily be resolved by updating your browser.
Clear your Cache
If your browser is up to date, you still may be seeing the old version of the site and consequently, the spinning wheel of death. If this is happening to you then it is most likely a problem with your web browsing cache.
Web browsers are tasked with downloading and storing web pages locally to speed up browsing. Usually, this is a great thing, but from time to time, a reset is needed, just like your old Sega Genesis except there is no need to blow on the computer.
Update the App
Just like Web Browsers, Apps need updating from time to time. If you are experiencing problems on the mobile app, please first check that you have the latest version. If not, a quick download of the update and a restart of the app should allow you to register without problems.
