Meet the Judges of #TheBigHook

Since launching The Big Hook Music Contest, we’ve been getting tonnes of incredible submissions from our talented musical community, and beyond.

We wanted to take a moment to introduce you to the three stellar judges who are reviewing all of the submissions and will be choosing the final winner.

Without further ado, here they are:

Hannah Trigwell

Hannah Trigwell

Hannah is an English singer and songwriter with an impressive YouTube following. To date, she’s amassed more than 323,000 subscribers, and she’s gotten almost 36 million views. She’s a total triple threat: She creates original music videos, uploads Vlog entries and treats her fans to behind-the-scenes footage. No wonder we want her to judge our music contest!

At the age of just 24, Hannah’s future looks bright—she’s already got a number one song in Vietnam. She’s very active on social media, too: Connect with her on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

As Hannah’s presently in the studio, busy working on writing and recording new music, we’re glad she could free up some time to be one of the judges in our contest.

Andrew Huang

Andrew Huang

Our next judge is a new media artist who’s also quite the YouTube sensation. Andrew’s gotten more than 30 million views on his YouTube videos, and he’s closing in on almost 250,000 subscribers. Not too shabby, but, then again, he’s a self-styled innovator who’s fond of using virtually anything to create music. He’s an experimenter who uses various instruments to compose pieces across all sorts of genres. Andrew will even use balloons and pants if he thinks they’ll produce a listenable sound—incredible!

Anthony Vincent

Anthony Vincent

If the name “Anthony Vincent” seems to ring a bell, that’s because Anthony used to be a Fiverr star called tensecondsongs. As a Fiverr alum, we couldn’t be more pleased to have him as a judge in our music contest.

Anthony’s YouTube channel is famous for taking people behind the scenes of the creative process that it takes to come up with his video. He also gives his viewers a glimpse into other things going on in his life aside from Ten Second Songs—you know, just for fun.

Louisa Wendorff

Louisa Wendorff

This Los Angeles native has been making music since she was a young child, and today she’s making major waves as a breakout young artist both on YouTube and off.

After a tweet from Taylor Swift, where the artist said she was “obsessed” with Louisa’s music, Louisa’s YouTube song Blank Space and Style skyrocketed to viral status with over 17 million views in just the first month of its release. With more than 250,000 subscribers and growing, the sky is the limit for this up and coming star!

Christian Lopez

Christian Lopez

Our next judge is a 19-year-old sensation who has burst onto the scene with his unique take on Alternative Folk Rock. Christian Lopez takes his listeners on a journey through the American heartland with music that creates an intense emotional experience as broad as the artist’s incredible range. With a newly released record from Blaster Records in Nashville, we’re sure to hear more and more about Christian Lopez!

Whitney Coleman

Whitney Coleman

Seamlessly blending a variety of genres, from folk music to hip-hop, Whitney Coleman is a California native who is taking the music world by storm! Through her music, Whitney helps inspire people to follow their dreams and take on any challenges they may face with the force of spirit and soulful energy that she brings to each of her songs.

Be sure not to miss this incredible opportunity. Submit your 30-second song hook here for the chance to win an all expenses paid trip to Nashville to record your demo and attend songwriter bootcamp!
