10 ways you can attract high paying clients

We always want high paying clients, right? Like any group you’re targeting, you have to understand your demographic before you can win them over. Here are 10 simple tips from the Huffington Post to get you on the right track:

1. Understand your ideal client’s pain points and address their real needs.

2. Contact the CEO first: they’ll put you in touch with key people you would have never approached otherwise.

3. Get endorsements from same-level clients.

4. Set up a Google alert on your targeted CEO and company so you can keep abreast of their developments in real time.

5. Write a series of three letters that you can send out over the course of several weeks. If they answer you the first time, great, and if not, you’re prepared to follow up and on time.

6. Mention the numbers they care about: the bottom line is extremely crucial for high paying clients, so highlight whichever figures demonstrate your values to them the best, whether that’s client retention, click through rates, etc.

7. Figure out where they socialize and what media they consume, and become a part of these circles.

8. Display your expertise – they’ll pay you more for it.

9. Always present yourself professionally.

10. Follow up!
