No Place for Bigotry

Fiverr was created as a place that brings people together. It celebrates the fact that talent are everywhere, they’re global. They go beyond cultures, gender and religion. We are a community of equals. It’s such a simple and pure concept. It almost seems so basic that it’s easy to forget how complicated reality is.

This morning I read Mark Zuckerberg’s post, which I want to share in its entirety because it’s well written:

I want to add my voice in support of Muslims in our community and around the world. After the Paris attacks and hate…

Mark’s post got me thinking that, as leaders of companies and creators of communities, we have the power and even the obligation to step forward and call for sanity, call for rejection of hate, of blind attacks against groups, no matter who they are.

I’m adding my voice in support of Muslims in our community and around the world. Fiverr will forever remain a peaceful global community where hate is never tolerated.
