In fact, 73 percent of respondents ranked critical thinking important for business professionals. The world of business is constantly evolving. What does that mean for professionals? Embracing change is crucial not only to surviving, but thriving. Adaptability to change is an in-demand skill, with HR professionals deeming it the most important skill for a person to gain a competitive edge in a business career.

Job hunting is a journey, but if you know the best resources for finding open positions, it can feel much less difficult. National online job boards are a great place to start, with 53 percent of respondents reporting they are the leading resource for human resources recruiters.
